Do Not Give Up Before Completing the Home Survey

January 27th 2012 -

Casey Winkler was conducting a home survey. She was in home studies and basic architecture class, an extra college class she had taken in high school. As part of her summer project, she needed to go and talk to the house owners in her neighborhood and conduct a general survey. Casey had, as usual, left the work for the last two weeks of the holidays and decided to start work finally. She took her second hand car out and went to the other end of the neighborhood, where she hoped she could start. On this side of the neighborhood existed the newer homes. This meant that the families in these houses would be younger and newer to the neighborhood. Casey knew that these people would be harder to talk to, as younger families always seemed much more busy and stressed. It took her three days to finish her survey in this part of town and by this time she wanted to give up.
